Iris is both a cabinet and a frame for the vase that sits within. It explores the idea of the act of framing as fundamental to the process of photography and the presentation of a photograph that is an object rather than flat. Made of a layered paper and resin composite, the heavily textured L-shaped doors open to reveal internal shelves.
